We have recently visited the recently finished project Samara in the area of Altos de Los Monteros, Marbella. This high quality development is located high up on the hill just behind the town of Marbella. The area is called Altos de Los Monteros and is reached by taking the exit at the Hospital Costa del Sol/ Bahia de Marbella.
Samara is special for the high quality of finishing and extra services it delivers, like a shuttle service, a gymnasium and spa area and several outdoor pools and jacuzzis. It offers two and three bedroom apartments and two and three bedroom penthouses. The penthouses have terraces of almost up to 200 m2. The view is spectacular and gives the feeling of being in an eagles nest.
Samara has recently reduced prices by 15% due to poor market circumstances. It still has thirty units available which are offered with this discount. All small units have been sold, so what is left is a mix of middle sized and large units. We have visited Samara when it was being built and had a good impression at that time, now when it is completely finished we have to admit we were impressed by the clean and tidy infrastructure, well maintained gardens, clean portales and the general feel of the development.
Yes it might not be everybody´s cup of tea being at approx 150 meters of altitude on a hill, but for who wants a house with a view Samara is absolutely worth considering, especially with the current discounts.
